Lac Courte Oreilles is a 5039 acre lake located in Sawyer County. It has a maximum depth of 90 feet. It has a public beach and one park close to the lake (Lac Courte Oreilles State Wildlife Management Area). Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The lake’s water clarity is very clear with a disk clarity of 13.5 feet.
