Kevin made the whole process easy, from the beginning stages of assessment, adjusting asking price, photos taken of property surroundings, using a drone for aerial photos and great interior pictures. Kevin also made the closing easy, as we were able to do the transactions remotely. Highly recommend Kevin.

Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly and had good ideas about pricing and marketing our lakehome. He pointed out that our 3.6 acre property was a major selling point. We went on the market in November. We had one showing in November, one in December, and one in February. The February showing resulted in a sale. We closed on March 31st. Kevin did a good job of working with all four of us sellers. The new buyers are a great match for the property and the old farmhouse

Sold their cabin in 2017
Kevin Brisky sold my 40 acres and cabin for me in a very efficient, methodical way that resulted my complete satisfaction. Communication was excellent and Kevin was very quick to answer any questions and called several times to just bring me up to speed as to what was happening.
